Resurrected veröffentlichen das Musikvideo zu Sanity Is Lost als erste Vorab-Single ihres kommenden Albums Perpetual. Das achte Studioalbum der deutschen Death-Metal-Veteranen erscheint am 10. April 2026.

Das Video ist von Deutschlands verheerendstem Grubenunglück inspiriert: Am 20. Februar 1946, kurz nach Mittag, entzündete eine Methanexplosion eine noch größere Kohlenstaubdetonation in der Zeche Monopol Schacht Grimberg 3/4. 405 Bergleute, Angestellte und drei britische Offiziere der Norddeutschen Kohlenkontrolle kamen bei der gewaltigen Detonation unter Tage ums Leben. Obwohl die Ursache für die Gasexplosion weiterhin ungeklärt ist, werden im Allgemeinen die laschen Sicherheitsstandards der Nachkriegszeit dafür verantwortlich gemacht. Der sogenannte Mythos von Grimberg hat sich tief in das kollektive Gedächtnis des Ruhrgebiets eingeprägt.
