Mit höllischem Gebrüll und ohrenbetäubender Wucht begeisterten Midnight die Fans in Los Angeles am 28. und 29. Mai 2026 bei zwei ausverkauften Konzerten. Die obszön intensive Klangexplosion aus Lust, Schmutz und Obszönität ließ die Band in ihren Bann ziehen. Im Rahmen der Satanic Royalty 15th Anniversary World Tour von Midnight wurden die explosiven Auftritte im Hollywood-Club Knucklehead in all ihrer schweißtreibenden, dreckigen Pracht aufgezeichnet und als Satanic Attack Live! veröffentlicht, das am 6. November über Metal Blade Records erscheint.
Aufgenommen von Mark Borders und gemischt/gemastert von Zach Rippy, enthält Satanic Attack Live! zehn Tracks des legendären Albums Satanic Royalty von 2011 – live und in der Originalreihenfolge – sowie fünf zusätzliche Songs, darunter Shock Til Blood, T.A.P. und Fucking Speed And Darkness.
„Did I ever think there would be a Midnight live, in concert record album? Haha shit, naw!“, sagt Athenar, der Sounddesigner der Band. „But if you’re reading this, you are probably holding a copy in your bloody semen/leukorrhea-dripping paws. With the help of D.K. Vagslay, Iron Possessor, and about 300 dirt merchants and headbanging Hollywood sleazeballs, it was possible to concoct such a document of disgust.“
