Turnstile: veröffentlichen neues Album „Time & Space“ – Zwei Songs und erstes Video online

Die Hardcore Band Turnstile aus Baltimore veröffentlicht ihr zweites Album Time & Space über Roadrunner Records.

Die Platte wurde von Will Yip im Studio 4 aufgenommen und produziert. Yip war auch schon für das letzte Album von Code Orange zuständig und hat mit Bands wie La Dispute und Pianos Become The Teeth zusammengearbeitet. Es ist das zweite Album nach ihrem Debüt Nonstop Feeling, welches hohe Wellen in der Hardcore Szene geschlagen hat.

Im Vorfeld hatte die Band schon die erste Single Real Thing samt Video veröffentlicht. Pitchfork kommentiert dazu: „…the broad appeal of Real Thing makes it clear Turnstile are not looking backwards.”

Time & Space hat auch einige interessante Gastbeiträge zu bieten. Sheer Mag´s Tina Halladay veredelt den Song Moon während Diplo beim Song Right To Be an der Produktion mitgeschraubt hat. Die internationale Presse hat bereits in hohen Tönen von der Band gesprochen:
