PHANTASMA, das neue Symphonic Rock Musical von Charlotte Wessels (DELAIN), Georg Neuhauser (SERENITY) und Oliver Philipps (EVERON), unterschreibt bei Napalm Records!
PHANTASMA wurde aus der Sehnsucht von Georg Neuhauser (SERENITY) heraus geboren, ein story-bezogenes Konzeptalbum zu kreieren. Einen begeisterten Mitstreiter fand er in Oliver Philipps (EVERON) – ein vielseitiger Instrumentalist, Komponist, Produzent und Sänger – der mit Freude diese neue Mission angenommen hat. Durch Olivers jahrelange Zusammenarbeit mit DELAIN gelang es zudem, Charlotte Wessels für dieses einzigartige Projekt zu gewinnen. Charlotte Wessels den Symphonic Metal Fans vorzustellen, wäre überflüssig – ist sie doch bereits seit 2005 die Vorzeigestimme der niederländischen Ausnahmeband DELAIN. Charlotte fand nicht nur großes Interesse daran, PHANTASMA ihre Stimme zu leihen und sich kreativ weiter zu entfalten, sondern auch speziell für dieses Projekt ihren ersten Roman zu schreiben.

Auf “The Deviant Hearts” kann Charlotte ihre wunderschöne und wandelbare Stimme vielseitig entfalten – von sanft in “Runaway Grey” bis schwermütig in “Let It Die”. Das Duett “The Lotus And The Willow” mit Oliver Philipps offenbart Charlottes Leidenschaft für Nick Cave und spiegelt die Intensität von Caves Song “Where The Wild Roses Grow” wieder – Georgs Begeisterung für klassische Rocker wie Queen und Meat Loaf ist in Tracks wie “Crimson Course” und “Novaturient” zu hören. Um den diversen Charakteren des Romans ein musikalisches Gesicht zu geben, sind zudem bekannte Gaststimmen geladen worden. Unter anderem konnten beispielsweise Tom Englund (Evergrey), oder Chloe Lowery (Transsiberian Orchestra) sowie Dennis Schunke (Van Canto) für “The Deviant Hearts” gewonnen werden.
